You are probably going to have to call AVID when you are in front of the machine, and pay for support. ![]() Whatever money you spent at the pawn shop on this thing is now wasted, becuase you haven't been able to use it and you can't get any help for it. Most of the time an AVID dealer will get you at least up and running with the thing, and being a new owner gets you access to the latest software and a hardware warranty. It's a complex hardware/software combination that requires a certain level of support. I don't want to pour salt in a wound, but an MBox is not the kind of thing (no matter how much money you think you saved) that you buy in a pawn shop. I have a feeling that your at a point where you are probably going to have to pay for support, and possibly pay for a repair.
